• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. It's a continental breakfast with fruit juice, cereals, pastries, bread/toast, fresh fruit, yogurts, salumi and, of course, tea, coffee, cappuccino, espresso, chocolate and barley.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors plus the groundfloor. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very charming but we think that the suite with a canopied bed and the terrace with the view in the old city is the most romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One suite has a terrace with a wonderful view in the old city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't. But for all our guests there is a lounge with a veranda and a terrace with view where we serve also breakfast.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't. But there is a lounge with a veranda and a terrace for relax.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a fee-paying public parking near the property. On request we can provide a secure garage (fee).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the local companies or at HERTZ, AVIS, EUROPCAR.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 70 km
  Pisa: 160 km
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can provide it (fee).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Viale Curtatone, near the stadium.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena, 2 km far from our property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
