• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm.
  Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We provide milk, coffee, jam, biscuits, bread and olive oil, included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some apartments are on the ground floor and others are on the first floor - we have no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very private and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are all provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each apartment with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is the dining room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool, open from May 15th to September 30th.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just ask at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In our property there are vineyeard and olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  10 km from Florence, 70 km from Siena, 60 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lastra a Signa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ponte a Signa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
