By Car
From North: (Bologna Airport, Milano airport) Take the A1 direction Firenze. The exit is Barberino di Mugello. From Barberino di Mugello exit follow the road direction Borgo san Lorenzo. You will pass the Cafaggiolo Castle. Straight on until you find a round about. Take the second road on your right and following the direction to via Faentina. Pass the tunnel and go on. At the stop turn left direction Borgo san Lorenzo-Vicchio. Straight on until you find a sign for Sagginale Vicchio. Pass the village of Sagginale and turn right after 3 km direction Campestri-Cistio- Arliano. Straight on; pass Cistio Village, Lastricata and then you will find the Villa.
From South: (Rome, Florence airport) take the A1 direction North (Bologna) untill the exit of Barberino di Mugello. From here follow the indication above.
From Pisa: Take the highway A11, direction Florence, until Prato-Calenzano. Continue on the A1, direction Bologna, untill the exit of Barberino di Mugello. From here follow the indication above.
The city is within easy to reach by car, or by train from Vicchio in only 40 minutes.
By Rail:
