• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: On Saturday afternoon from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Check out: On Saturday morning within 10.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to pay the rest of the total amount (75%) 30 days before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception, English, French and German are spoken.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole estate is quite, ideal for romantic and peaceful holidays.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and there will be a weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own private space outside or terrace, furnished with table and chairs for dining out.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our apartments have their own space outside.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the living rooms there is even a dining table where you can dine. Furthermore, you can dine outside on the terrace
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a nice private swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available and free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery shops and a supermarket are in Monteroni d'Arbia (7 km away from the Estate)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze is 1.5 hour drive, Siena is 30 minutes drive, Pisa is about 2.5 hour drive from the Estate.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Tenuta La Campana is right in the middle between two villages (Monteroni d'Arbia 7 km away and Asciano 9 km away). Siena is 25 km away from La Campana.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 90 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
