  Yes. All the apartments are quiet, private an very romantic
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. They are provided.

  All apartments have a furnished terrace or a private furnished patio
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All apartments have a furnished terrace or a private furnished patio.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, for the quiet of the place. In special occasion, TV can be installed on request
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a fantastic panoramic pool opened since 15-30 May, according to the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have shadow parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Grosseto, Follonica (or better Siena, Rome, Florence, Pisa).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have our 30 hectares of vineyard and we organise tours in our farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 140 km, Rome 200 km, Pisa 160 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Roccatederighi (7km) and Ribolla (6km), where you can find a bank, a post office and various shops
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montepescali, 12 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
