• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday afternoon between 12.00 a.m. - 07.00 p.m.
  Check-out: Saturday morning before 11.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate of a apartment and the price of Wine & Golf program is the rate per guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are particularly calm and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Lucca or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are vineyards near the farmhouse.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 75 km., Siena 140 km, Pisa 25 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Lucca city (10km away from the farmhouse) with all the facilities easily to reach it (bank, chemist, post office, and so on.).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Lucca (10km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca railway station at 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
