• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not provide breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a television, but no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are no swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are no garages, but there are parking facilities nearby.

  Siena 40 km, Firenze 140 km, Pisa 240 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montalcino.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There are no fitness centres.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept animals.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
