Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

Italian and english. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Some apartments are ground floor other at the first floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the apartments are private and quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
In the apartments there are linen and towels and we change two times in a week. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some apartments have a lodge o a private courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Only in the restaurant you cannot smoke. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In every apartments there are Tv sat with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is not air conditioning but all the apartments are not hot in the summer. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There the restaurant room where you can eat. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is not an internet point but if you have you computer we give you a telephone point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a pool that is 16m x 8m. - Is parking or garage available?
The parking is alwais available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Arezzo that is 12 km far from Ca'Lucano. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are all the kind of stores in Palazzo del Pero that is 3 km far from Ca'Lucano. - Are there vineyards nearby?
There are many vineyards near Ca'Lucano. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 80 km, Siena 64 Km, Pisa 180 km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Palazzo del Pero (3 km) and the nearest town is Arezzo (12 km). - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Florence (98 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We havent a shuttle service but you can rent a car in the airport of Florence. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is in Palazzo del Pero (3 km). - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Arezzo (12 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have not a fitness center. - Are pets welcome?
The pets are welcome if they are quiet and used to live in house. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is a little and typical restaurant. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
You can collect your moden in the restaurant room where is the telephone point.
