• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm on Saturday. Check-out: within 10.00 am on Saturday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A deposit is due on arrival, with full payment of the rental at the end of the visit.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Bedrooms are located on the ground, first and second floors. (The Pozzo and Le Refie apartments have bedrooms, baths and kitchens on the ground floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Canonica apartment was furnished by the designer Simone Begani who selected colors for each room to evoke a sense of harmony and relaxation. Guests have remarked that the Canonica is particularly romantic and full of charm.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own entrance and private terrace with barbecue for a maximum of privacy.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, however it is possibile to rent cellular telephones in Greve in Chianti.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has a dining table indoors (usually in the kitchen) as well as a table outdoors for al fresco dining.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a swimming pool is available in the high season only.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is external parking at all the apartments.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We recommend car rental through agencies in Florence (Avis, Hertz, Eurocar, etc.).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is the Coop supermarket in Greve.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km, Lucca 70 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 75 km, San Gimignano 40 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Greve in Chianti, 1.8 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The SITA bus stops in Greti (less than a kilometer from San Pierino) and also in Greve in Chianti (1.8 kilometers distant).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Figline 25 kilometers away or Florence is 30 kilometers away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
