On the first floor is a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bath with bathtub; on the second floor is the sitting room with views to the hills and a single bedroom. Pozzo's outdoor patio is trellised for shade and offers a grill, table and chairs.  Le Refie Apartment
A small farmhouse of traditional Tuscan design, "Le Refie" (guests 6) is situated at an altitude of 650 meters amid quiet forestland. With easy access from the main road, the house sits at the base of Monte San Michele right next to national parkland. Located only a few kilometers from the main country towns (Greve in Chianti, 13 km; Figline, 12 km), Le Refie is located in the heart of Chianti. The small town of Lucolena, only 2 kilometers distant, offers shopping for all necessities and services. The apartment has been decorated with great attention to comfort and convenience. Its entrance looks out upon a private garden for the use of guests. Villa Calcinaia wines are available for purchase on site, and the property is maintained by respectful and cheerful caretakers.
