• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Breakfast can be served just upon request. November to April : delivery of a "breakfast basket" for consumption in your apartment or room on request. May to October : breakfast is served in the Liberty-style dining room in the Castle on request. The Melograno room (double room) is equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and crockery.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor or upper floor. We will try to satisfy the client's request.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen is provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are common court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No one has balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes with CNN at night. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in Apartment Casetta. In all other accommodation there are ceiling fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence/Pisa Airports and in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. At Impruneta (1,5 km away).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes in the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 14 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Impruneta 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport 24 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Almost in front of the castle's entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence, 14 km away from the farm house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
