A charming, wonderful place in the olive groves and vinyards with the most beautiful views from the bedroom windows. Each room had a private bath that was so accomadating. The house had a wonderful feel to it and it was just so cozy to be in. We loved the restaraunt down the road and it was wonderful food for a great value!

Driving directions from Florence airport would be useful rather than just the Autostrada - getting from the airport to the autostrada is not easy.

Positioned with all round views across beautiful scenery in a quiet area but ideally located for access to nearby towns. The accomodation is simple but also simply all you need.

There were a lot of different sites available for Tuscany, but I found yours was the best set-up and so I narrowed my search to properties on your site only.

The instructions online were not sufficient. We got lost and had to ask for help. We could not see any signs for the place, and yet it ended up we were a mere block away from it!
We were very late to check in and yet Amelia was watching for us and greeted us warmly. She was very helpful re restaurants to try, letting us do laundry, etc.

We had a wonderful time. It was exactly as we expected it. Amelia was wonderful!
Some minor suggestions:
You might want to advise people that they need to ask for apartments with a view if they want one.
Also the pool was not heated and too cold for the kids. This was disappointing and it was not stated on the web site that it was an unheated pool.

We were happy to pay a cleaning fee, but it was not stated on the web site.

It could be made clearer whether you are getting a ground floor apartment or not as these had nice tables right outside your door. You could let people know that the pool is not heated. Also our kitchen had no oven, just a stovetop. The '2 double bedrooms' were in fact 2 rooms with 2 single beds in them.

Typical Tuscan apartment within a villa. Comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated. Great setting. Great location to visit other towns, Florence, Siena.
Kitchen a little awkward--no oven, table too low to the ground to be comfortable to eat at.

A typical tuscan villa in a peaceful and beautiful location. Ideal to explore the tuscany's well known towns and cities and come back to relax and drink a glass of wine or two.

We arrived very late. I would suggest to set more road signs with direction to the property.

It is close to Montespertoly,
It is 1 hour from Florence, 45 minutes from San Geminiano, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Siena. It is not enoughp to show distance to main points. It would be helpful to know aproximate time to reach main attractions.

We had a downstairs accommodation and were disturbed by upstairs noise transferance.
Also, hot water system broke for our final day so unable to wash.

Recommend with proviso that noise from upstairs can affect sleeping.

Better directions are required to find the place. Luckily we had a detailed map of the area, the instructions you give are not good enough.

We stayed in appartment Melo. It was not possible to use the disabled shower without flooding the place as the floor slopes away from the floor drain. There was also a very bad gas smell in this bathroom.

Cleaning charge should be made clear when booking as this was an unexpected extra.

Better to access the house from Castelfiorentino as there are two bad hills on the dirt track coming from the opposite direction, and we struggled to get up one!

Away from it all, beautiful scenery, quiet, can be quite cold in Autumn.

It was good that a mobel number was given to reach someone at the farm, we were lost and needed directions.

I feel that in the summer months the property would be well suited to provide floor fans or install ceiling fans. Towels should be provided more than once a week as well as toilet paper.

It is rural which is not negitive but it should be stated. If the owner is not going to do improvements such as fans it might be helpful to warn people that the area can get hot and humid.Your web site did inform me that there were no fans or air conditioning. Some of the other guests went out and purchased their owm fans and left them at their apartment.

The pictures on the website gave the idea of an estate type of farm and not individual houses on 2 sides of the road.
We enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect but the website did not reflect fully reality.
