 Our Products: The estate produces Chianti Putto "Fattoria di Cabbiavoli", called "Fattoria di Cabbiavoli", a red wine made from the red bacca grape, predominantly Sangiovese with a small percentage of Canaiola, which is extremely pleasant and smooth with the fruity bouquet of a young wine. Our olive oil, extra vergine, is a high quality product that is sweet tasting with an aroma of green apple. It is obtained by cold pressing our olives, which come from olive trees of the Correggiolo variety.
