Profile

Opened in June 1990, after a careful renovation, Hotel Byron is being constructed from two villas in Liberty style which the Dukes Canevaro di Zoagli ordered to build between 1899 and 1902. Meeting place of the aristocracy bound to the House of Savoy, the villas were later on destined to become a hotel yet keeping their original features.

Overlooking the sea-front, it is at a few steps from the Capannina night club and
opposite some of the most exclusive seaside facilities of Forte dei Marmi's most prestigious area. Today it's a very refined hotel made up of 30 rooms and suites with a fine view over the beach or the Apuan Alps.

The interior decorations have been personally chosen by the owners. Wide spaces follow one after the other forming different rooms, with fittings in Liberty style, yellow and green glass windows, lamps with floral decorations, two Bow Windows with bright semicircular yellow sofa giving a fresh style to the room.

The billiard room and the Bar overlook the garden having a wide swimming pool for guests who do not desire to go to the beach. Everywhere a great profusion of plants and flowers.

In the parks and gardens of this area, the guests can find a
peaceful atmosphere typical of the great private villas, but with all the modern comforts of luxury hotels.

The hotel
restaurant "La Magnolia", crowns it all with impeccable courses, prepared and served to perfection, and with the best of regional and international cuisine together with a wide selection of the most renowned white and red wines, both Italian and French.
