Incredibly quiet with lovely sounds of birds. The hostess was especially kind and helpful. Many small extras throughout our stay made the time exceptional.

Nina was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Between her limited English and my non existent Italian we managed to communicate and I found her to be very keen to please. On the night we arrived she made us a restaurant booking as per our request and we found the place very satisfying.

Furthermore, I found it a little bit abusive that we had to pay 25 EUR for cleaning when it was a option. Our neighbour (Italian) did the cleaning themselves. We were not offered the option to do it ourselves!
The road to get to la Bufalaia is very destroyed and could bring car damage especially after the rain.
The pans available had detachable handles which are not practicle for cooking.

It should be clearly specified from the very beginning that the rent cannot be paid by credit card. We had to extra go into town to get the cash!

It was a nice place to stay with beautiful country side views. At first, we classified this place as good quality for the money. However, we spent the week looking for accomodation for our wedding next year and visited better places in the same price range.
