  The price is per room.

  Breakfast is included,it is a buffet one.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two buildings,one with 5 floors,one with 4 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, specially in our Villa(the room you have in your picture).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every room has a balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge,but it is better to reserv a room with air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have two swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is available and it is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Viareggio. Hertz.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.

  Florence 90 km.
  Siena 140 km.

• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the centre of Lido di Camaiore. 800 mt from Viareggio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  100 mt from the hotel.

• How far away is the beach?

• Is the beach private or public?
  Private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  No but we have an internet point in the hall.
