It would be helpful to have exact distances added to your online directions. It was very late and we had to stop twice for directions. Luckily the Bosco della Spina staff was kind enough to wait until midnight for us. Other than that, our stay was fabulous!

The only major comments We have are that the room needs minor attention to maintenance. The lights in the living/kitchen area did not work correctly. The design of the bathroom is very poor. The shower is very small and the shower door allows for alot of water to escape onto the floor. I had a huge puddle after ever shower that I had to wipe up. This was due to the large gaps between the glass panels and the glass door did not stay in place during the shower. AThe breakfast was good. Dinner on the other hand was not so good. We only dinned in the restaurant one night because of our experience.
... I believe the web site states that there is a gym/ workout room there and this is not correct. They only had a stationary bicycle to use. ... Pleasant. Nice views. The hiking is very nice. it is a good place to stay in relation to the proximity of site seeing town like Montepulciano, Montecino, Cortona and Siena. Quite, secluded and relaxing I would tell them that we felt the dinner was not very good.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff was attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, the room was spacious. As for the room, our chief complaint was that there were no dressers to put your clothes in! There were tables with tops only, and a cubbie space. This made it difficult for us, especially since we were there for 10 days, and wanted to unpack all our belongings.
We stayed in room 14, which was a two floor apt, and the way the room is laid out in relation to the street, in order to have fresh air you had to give up your privacy. The window could not stay open without also having your privacy compromised.
Otherwise, the room was clean and beautiful! ... The restaurant was better than expected. You could eat all your meals there and not be disappointed. The breakfast buffet was fresh and always delicious. We were served entirely outside during the entire stay, so that perhaps should be noted (during the warm, summer months...) because we were looking forward to eating in the dining room, it is so chic, and were disappointed that it was not open.
The staff is a small, intimate staff. This made a difference to our stay there. They got to know you, and you them, and this made for a really nice feeling throughout our stay.
On day we had the entire pool to ourselves. Where else can you find that?
... The perfect getaway if you want an alternative to a large hotel and a small bed and breakfast. This hotel is not for everyone. It is for the sophistocated traveler who wants something different, something small and intimate without being TOO small. The views and ambience of the hotel are spectacular, the wines and food superb, and the staff happy to see you and make your stay a perfect one.

The air conditioning feature is misleading. They do not have air conditioning. They have underfloor heating and cooling which is not very effective. I am asthmatic, so the air conditioning was important to me ... Lovely setting, friendly staff, decent clean contemporary accommodations

Breakfast was not so good as we did not had real bread,no butter, no cheese and no ham. ... Breakfast was not so good as we did not had real bread,no butter, no cheese and no ham. Perhaps this relates to the fact that we were there in low season.

Directions were poor on the Web site, but we found it anyway with some local help. ... Was all theat was expected. However, the restaurant was even better than we imagined. ... Excellent food. ... A dream come true.
