• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: within 16.30 pm.

  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken: English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments will be on ground-floor or/and first floor. The Tower(Torre) is a three floor apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. Some apartments has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in all apartments
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, an outdoor-indoor heated swimming pool that will be used also in winter season is under construction.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Private parking for the restaurant and the residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly by us. Or It is also possible to rent Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 85 km, Siena 20 km, Pisa 122 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is far 1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 300 mt from the farmhouse.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest town from the estate with rail connections is Monteroni d'Arbia (7 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but it cost 14 EUR per Day.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
