Suite Comfort: The Comfort type apartments are composed of one master bedroom and one living room with two sofa-beds (or one sofa-bed and one chair bed) with orthopaedic bed base and mattress in solid latex. One bathroom with shower. Under floor heating panels and cooling for the summer months. Small kitchenette for preparing tea and coffee. |
 Suite Plus: This apartment is extremely comfortable. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with two bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor, a living room with two sofa-beds with orthopaedic bed base and mattress in solid latex. Under floor heating panels and cooling for the summer. Small kitchenette for preparing tea and coffee. |
 Suite De Luxe: The De Luxe apartment is tucked away from the Residence and is ideal for newly weds or for two couples of good friends. On the first floor there is the master bedroom, renovated from an ancient granary, and on the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a chair bed with orthopaedic bed base and mattress in solid latex. There are two bathrooms with shower, under floor heating panels. Small kitchen for preparing snacks and drinks. A wide and cosy terrace with a view. Perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. |
 Suite Superior: The Superior are apartments that can be divided into separate rooms) perfect for large families or groups of friends. It has a cosy terrace with a wonderful view and it is ideal for sunbathing in or entertaining. The first floor is composed of the master bedroom, and the ground floor of a large living room that can be transformed into two bedrooms by an electric curtain, once closed access is only via the wood doors.
There are two bathrooms with shower. Under floor heating, and cooling for the summer. Kitchenette for preparing drinks.
Suite Torre: The Torre (Tower) is a three floor apartment, with all floors having a wonderful view of the valley and the Tuscan Hills. The first floor has the master bedroom with its bathroom with shower, and on the ground floor there is a living room with two sofa-beds with orthopaedic bed base and mattress in solid latex, another bathroom with shower. There is a second living room with two sofa beds (orthopaedic bed base and mattress in solid latex) and a third bathroom with shower. Under floor heating and cooling for the summer months. Small kitchenette for preparing drinks.
