By car:
From Florence - Autostrada del Sole A1 exit - Firenze Certosa - and take the superstrada on your right Firenze - Siena (blue sign), go straight for about 40 Km and exit to Colle Val D'Elsa Nord; at the first stop take the left and follow directions to Colle Val D'elsa, Volterra and Casole D'Elsa, after 2,5 km from the exit of the Superstrada turn right towards Casole D'Elsa - Volterra on the road SS68. After another 3 km at "Le Grazie" turn left towards Casole D'Elsa and take the SP27 road pass by "Quartaia", continue along this road for about 7 Km and at the first and second roundabout (close to Cavallano) follow directions always to Casole D'Elsa/Il Merlo continue along this road for 5 Km SP27/ SP52 (Provincia di Pisa) and after 500m turn on the left of "Borgo di Tignano" and continue for few meters down a track. |
