• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 9am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the ground floor or on first floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no restaurant inside the property but there are several nearby.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from 10am to 6pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is and it is free of charge for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are and they are about 4 kilometeres from our property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and they are part of our property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 45 km from our property, Siena 20 km and Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti is the nearest town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence or Pisa are both equally far from our property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but it can be arranged at an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 800 meters away from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena is the nearest railway station, about 20 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.

  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
