We immediately felt confortable and welcome.

It is a very well organized place: orderly,
clean and well groomed, which encourages guests to keep everything that way. It was
quiet and restful. We also enjoyed the pool.

bill which was convenient.

A very inviting and beautiful resort with the proximity of so many places to visit and
of a variety of services at a walking distance. The repertoire of restaurants in the area was useful; we particularly enjoyed L'Angolo in Acquaviva and La Grotta in Montepulciano.

Had a hard time finding the farmhouse. The directions did not tell us what road we were to turn on once we reached the town of Aquivivia. But once we did find the resort, we were pleased to find how nice it was.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had planned to visit Assisi in Umbria while we were there, but changed our mind The resort was so nice, we just decided to stay there the remainder of our time in Italy. The town of Montepulciano is wonderful and was very close to the resort.

We had no problem checking out, but felt the 10:00 check out time was a bit earlier than we prefer.

We arrived very late at night and they had an envelope outside the gate with keys and directions to the apt.This is a great resort place and I will definetly go back
to stay longer...

They took the time to show us to our suite and then showed us how to use the appliances, keys, etc.

This was the perfect place to relax and travel throughout the area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon, and after just a few days it felt like home. We found it to be very quiet, although there were a few other people around.

We had to check out the day before we left, as we were leaving before the office opened. They had no problem with that, and had everything ready for us.

No hair blower in the bathroom, but they had one at the reception that I borrowed.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area. The property was very nicely maintained, and the view was fabulous.

The Direction assume that you are comming from the motorway but we came from Sienna and missed the turn. A journey of 45minutes took 1.5hrs

The only negative comment I have is that the apartment was very small. The rooms looked bigger on the website. There are many apartments available of varying size, I would have prefered to have known this in advance so I could have chosen a larger apartment.
