• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken: English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment will be on ground-floor and first floor
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apatments on the ground-floor have a private garden.Only one apartment on the first floor has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one apartment had a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. there is a telephone in all apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. The Borgo delle More holiday centre has a convenient parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi(about 15 km). It is also possible to rent Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the grocery is far 500 metres.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is Acquaviva and it is far 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Acquaviva(500 meters).
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest town from the estate with rail connections is Chiusi (15 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
