A excellent Tuscan base for exploring Tuscany and a good place just to relax by the pool amonst this family run farm. Rooms were clean and tidy, the hostess was very imforative about local sites and resturants.

It was beautiful. The only way to go. Roomy, clean, fully appointed, relaxing. We would certainly do it again. San Gimignano and the farmhouse were the highlights of a wonderful vacation.

A large room well located near all the hilltowns we wanted to see. The property was lovely and the ower very gracious.

It might have been nice to understand if we could visit the winery.

Simple, clean, quiet, polite, wonderful view. We loved the small town of San Gimignano--one of our highlights of visiting Italy.

The property was nice and people were nice however the rooms were very damp which is probably a structural problem. There was heating in the rooms however.

Breakfast was optional at 5 euros per person.

Hidden away, lovely views, very homely feeling place but rooms are quite damp.
