Borgolecchi is situated in the small and pretty village of Lecchi, 20 km north-east of Siena, in the heart of Tuscany and Chianti Classico, the well known olives and vineyards landscape. In the quiet village you may take a walk to the 1000 castles, get a snack at the grocery store, have a nice dinner at the good restaurant. We are right at the beginning of the village. |

By Car:
You have to take the highway A1 Bologna-Firenze/Roma. Exit at Firenze Certosa and follow the direction to Siena. Then you have to follow the motor way to Siena. Exit at San Donato and follow the directions to Castellina in Chianti. At the entrance of Castellina turn left direction of Radda. In La Croce before Radda turn right direction of Lecchi. The bed and breakfast is situated at the end of the village in Via San Martino at number 50. Driving time from Firenze Certosa to Lecchi is approximately 40 minutes.
By Train:
The nearest railway stations are Montevarchi and Siena. From there we can suggest you to you to rent a car or if you prefer you can take a taxi which will bring you directly to Borgolecchi.
By Plane:
Coming from Pisa airport, you have to take the train to Siena (Florence direction). Probably you have to change in Empoli.
Coming from Florence airport, take first the bus service to Santa Maria Novella railway station and then the train to Siena. |
