• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer at check out, but we leave this up to you.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is all on the ground floor except one apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have a romantic room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, every room has its own outside garden with chairs and tables and the apartament on the ground floor has a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, all the rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all our rooms. We also have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in all our rooms, no extra charge for this but it's seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have an inside dining room and a big outside terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes we do. The swimming pool is opened from 8am untill 7pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have private open-parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place is at 8kms, at Colle di Val D'Elsa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Castel San Gimignano (just a walking distance of about 500mts) there is a mini-market.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 65kms, Siena 30Kms, Pisa 65Kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colle di Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa and Florence are at the same distance from here.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the little town of Castel San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi at about 17Kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We don't have a restaurant but we can prepare some Tuscan's taste upon request of our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it's not possible.
