  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9am.

  Per appartment.

  On request.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All accommodations are romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens are provided by the propety.

  Yes all our appartments dispose of a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
