• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 04.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all provided with table and chairs.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Only in the apartments at Borgo Giusto.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a large swimming pool and a swimming pool for children in Borgo Giusto and another one in Ca' di Giusto.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or Pisa airport, on arrival.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Valdottavo at 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 110 km from Florence, about 70 km from Siena and about 30 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Valdottavo, 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport, 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Partigliano or in Valdottavo, with several departures to Lucca.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Decimo, then there is another one in Borgo a Mozzano, but the biggest is in Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a tennis court.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
