 XVII° CENTURY VILLAGE HOUSES AND ROOMS
SUITE GRANDUCA (1 level, sleeps 2)
There is a spacious private terrace with table, chairs, also 2 deck-chairs and sun umbrella for the summer, from here you surely have a great view of the valley and the landscape all round. The Suite has the wood floor, in the living room you find a sofa, a nice fireplace, a mini-freezer and the television too. On the left there is the black & white bathroom with shower and in the other room the double bed and a comfortable arm-chair.
SUITE FRANCESCA (2 levels, sleeps 2)
In front of the entrance door you find a nice outdoor place with table, chairs and sun umbrella too. Entering in the apartment you are in the living room where there are two sofas, the fireplace, table and chairs, a mini-freezer and the television. Going upstairs you reach the black & white bathroom with shower on your left and the double bed in the cheerful green coloured bedroom with wood floor.
SUITE ELEONORA (2 levels, sleeps 2)
This small and nice Suite has an outdoor space just before the entrance door with table, chairs and sun umbrella. On the ground floor in the living room there is a particular sofa, the television and a mini-freezer. On the left there is the black & white bathroom with shower. Going upstairs you find the double bed in a small romantic sky blue coloured bedroom with wood floor.
CASA DI SONIA (Double room)
Intimate and cosy double bedroom en-suite a bathroom with shower hydromassage. Telephone and TV. Ideal for a romantic break wanting to enjoy village life.
CASA DI PILADE (Small studio flat on the ground floor, sleeps 2)
This studio flat totally develops on the ground floor and it consists in a unique room where there are a double bed on the right, on the left the cooking corner, table and chairs, the fireplace and close to the bed there is the bathroom with shower.
VILLINO RELA (2 floors, sleeps 2)
Independent cottage. On the ground floor there is a typical kitchen, upstairs there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside space with table and chairs in the small garden in front of the entrance door.
CASA DI GIANNI (One floor, sleeps 2)
The flat is on the first floor of the main building in the village with some other flats. In the first room there is the cooking corner, the table and chairs, the tv, the second room is the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower is in the third room.
CASA DEL PORTICO (2 floors, sleeps 2)**
This two-storied house, with a panoramic view is located just before entering Borgo 's little square. The living room, featuring a wood burning fireplace and a small equipped kitchen are on the ground floor, and upstairs a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi Shower cabinet. The house's name "Portico" derives from its external porch, furnished with an antique bench and table with chairs. |
 CASA DELL'ARCO (2 floors, sleeps 2)**
This house is spit into two levels and offers a wonderful view of the resort's swimming pool and Tuscan hillside. A cosy living room and kitchen, which has a traditional wood burning fireplace are on the ground floor. A spacious double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi shower cabinet. The house also features a private outside patio with a dining area.
CASA DI BETTINA (two-storied house, sleeps 2)**
Secluded and romantic. It has a large living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower whirlpool. Romantic the master doubleroom with fireplace.
CASA DELLA PALMA (One floor plus a mezzanine, sleeps 2+2)
One storied house with an open mezzanine on the living room. There is a living room with a double sofa bed and a cooking corner. Going up some particular stairs you reach the mezzanine where there is the double bed. The bathroom with shower is on the left to the living room. An inside door links this house to "Casa di Aldo". Outside terrace with table and chairs.
CASA DI PATRIZIA (One floor, sleeps 2+2)
This flat is on the first floor of the main building of the village. There is the living room with on the left the cooking corner, the table and chairs, on the right there is the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
CASA DI GIULIANO (2 floors, sleeps 2+2)
On the ground floor there is the small living room with a double sofa bed, on the left the cooking corner with table and chairs, moreover the bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is the double bedroom. View on swimming pool and the valley.
CASA DI MARIO (On the ground floor, sleeps 2+2)
Two storied house, which develops on the ground floor with independent entrance door. It consists in a living room with a double sofa bed, the cooking corner on the right, the table and chairs, the tv, on the left the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
CASA DI ABRAMO (2 floors, sleeps 2+2)
A two storied house looking on to the square of the village, with a nice antique balcony. The living room with a double sofa bed and a separate kitchen on the right with a wood burning fireplace are on the ground floor. Upstairs you can find a comfortable double bedroom with its original mansard roof and the bathroom with shower. No outside space. |

Independent cottage, composed of a living room a double sofa bed and a cooking corner on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The house also features a private outside place with a table and chairs.
CASA DI ETTORE (One floor, sleeps 2+2)
On the ground floor, it is spacious and comfortable. There is on the left the small kitchen, the bathroom with shower, in the central room there is the living room with tv, table and chairs and a double sofa bed, on the right the double bedroom. No outdoor space, but marvellous view on swimming pool.
CASA DI ALDO (2 floors, sleeps 2+2)
Two storied house situated on the second floor of a big manor. It is composed of living room with a double sofa bed, a cooking corner, on the left the bathroom with shower, going up some stairs you reach the mezzanine and on its right the double bedroom which is on a mansard roof... An inside door links the house to "Casa della Palma".
CASA DEL PITTORE (One floor and a half, sleeps 2+2)
It could also be for five persons because there is a single arm chair bed. There is the living room with a double sofa bed and the cooking corner, going down some stairs you reach another space, on its left you reach the double bedroom, on the right a small first bathroom and cklose to this one the other bigger bathroom with shower. Outside space with table and chairs.
CASA DI ADRIANO (One floor and a half, sleeps 2+2)
It develops on the last floor of a big manor. The flat is composed by a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed, the kitchen is in the first room, going up some stairs on the left you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
CASA DI VERONICA (one level, 4 sleeps)**
Apartment in the main building of the village, it features a living room with kitchenette, the master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi shower cabinet. This gorgeous apartment has a spectacular view of village life.
CASA DEL CARABINIERE (One floor, sleeps 4)
It features a kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Private outside place with table and chairs in its garden. |
 CASA DEL POSTINO (3 level, sleeps 4)**
This house at one time was "The Postman's House". A steep flight of stone steps lead you to the first floor which features a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. On the second floor there is a luxurious en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and a bright large double bedroom which features split level windows which over look the roofs. On the third floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This house boasts a large terrace with an outside dinning area and pergola which can be accessed between the first and second floors.
CASA DI ADELE (2 floors, sleeps 3+2)
Living room and the kitchen corner are in the same room, upstairs you find on the left to the stairs the open mezzanine on the living room with two beds and a bathroom with shower, on the right a single bedroom and a double bedroom with its bathroom and shower.
CASA DI GIOVANNI (One floor, sleeps 4+2)
It is on the last floor of the principal building of the village, there is the living room with a double sofa bed and a cooking corner, the double bedroom on the left, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower between these 2 bedrooms.
CASA DEI GIUSTI (One floor on the ground floor, sleeps 4+2)
Four storied house. In the first room there is the kitchen with table and chairs, on the left there is the living room with a double sofa bed and a smaller table with chairs, on the right a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom with shower and another one bigger with the bathtub.
CASA DI PINO (2 floor and a half plus an open mezzanine, sleeps 4+2)
The house shows a living room with a double sofa bed and wood burning fireplace, a cooking corner, a double bedroom, mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed, two bathrooms with shower.
VILLA GIOSY (3 floors, sleeps 8+2)
This former manor-house has a beautiful view of the countryside and has kept most of it's original fixtures and fitting which have been fully restored. The ground floor is composed of the kitchen, with working fireplace and wood burning oven, an original stone sink, brazier and a bathroom with shower. The antique stone stairway, leads to the first floor with living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The attic is comprised of a large hall, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bathroom with tub. |

CASALE LE VIGNE
Is an old farmhouse completely renovated, featuring external exposed stone walls, and completely surrounded by a large, fenced-in garden. The house has been divided into three apartments, each with separate entrance, both from the main garden and the more intimate inside part. In fact, each of the three apartments has its own private space with table, chairs and shaded parking. Occupants are entitled to use the facilities of Borgo.
LE VIGNE A (2 floors, sleeps 6+2)
It is the first of the three flats of a unique manor called "Le Vigne". On the ground floor there is the living room with a wood burning fireplace and a double sofa bed. You can also find a dining room, a kitchen and a small bathroom. Upstairs it features two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
LE VIGNE B (2 floors, sleeps 4+2)
This flat develops on the central part of the manor, also this one is divided on two floors. On the ground floor it features a living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning fireplace, a kitchen, a small bathroom. On the second floor there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
LE VIGNE C (2 floors, sleeps 7+2)
This is the largest flat of the manor "Le Vigne". On the ground floor there is a living room with wood fireplace and double sofa bed, dining room, a spacious kitchen, a store-room, a small bathroom, while upstairs you find two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub. |

CA' DI GIUSTO A (2 floors, sleeps 2+2)
In the neighbourhood of the pool we have got in that area. This dwelling is situated on the ground floor of a manor. It is composed of a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower leans to the living room. From the kitchen is possible to get a private outside place with table and chairs.
CA' DI GIUSTO B (2 floors, sleeps 4+2)
This dwelling is situated near the swimming pool "Cà di Giusto". It develops on two floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cooking corner and double sofa bed, moreover there is a small bathroom. Upstairs you can find a double bedroom and two twin beds. There is also a balcony and the garden around the apartment.
CASA DI PIA (two storied house on 2 floors, sleeps 2)
Pia house is located in the countryside of Ca' Giusto on top of Partigliano (5 minutes by car from the village head office). The entrance opens onto a space with a fireplace, followed by the living room with the kitchenette, TV and sofa, and a beautiful stained-glass window. Upstairs master doubleroom and bathroom with whirlpool-shower. Using pool of Ca' Giusto.
CASA DI LENA (2 floors, sleeps 2)
Two storied house situated near the swimming pool "Ca' di Giusto". On the ground floor there is the simple kitchen with a wood fireplace. Upstairs you find the doubleroom and the bathroom with shower. Brick floors and exposed beam ceilings are original. This apartment is one of the most simple house.
IL METATO (2 floors, sleeps 2)
There is green all around this very particular cottage and the view of the landscape is beautiful because it's the highest house of Partigliano village. Inside there is a lightened kitchen, a living room on the left and on the right the bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom. Private outside space with table and chairs and also the car parking.
IL PIOPPO (3 floors, sleeps 5+4)
This is a big manor situated in the centre of the village Partigliano, near the ancient church. The dwelling develops on three levels. on the ground floor a big living room with double bed sofa. Moreover wood oven, fireplace and bathroom with tub. On the first floor: kitchen, dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with a French bed. Private outside place with table and chairs. |
