• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. Although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  To agree.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our apartments are situated on groundfloor and first floor. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each apartment has an independent entrance. They are tastefully decorated with soft Tuscan colours. They are peaceful and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a terrace/balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our apartments are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided in each apartment and is not included in the price. There is an extra charge weekly.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  You can have dinner at our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet, you can use the dial up sistem by 56 Kpbs.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 14 meters long and 7 meters large and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms at all airports and railway stations. For example: Hertz, Europcar, AVIS. Otherwise you can rent a car in Empoli.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Cerreto Guidi. There is one supermarket and different small grocery stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many vinyards in this valley, owned by small local farmers. Further Borgo dei Lunardi set amidst vineyards and olive groves.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 30 km far, Siena and San Giminiano is 50 km far and Pisa is 50 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Cerreto Guidi, approx. 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports: One is Florence aprox. 30 km far and Pisa, approx. 50 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No there is not. You should take the train to Empoli and than the taxi to Borgo dei Lunardi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Empoli.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is very goog restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
