• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 12.00 and 18.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, both for rooms and apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer so. If you will need other extra during you holiday you will pay for it later.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the ground or first floor. Apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Ground floor rooms are directly on the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 6x18mt.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castelnuovo Berardenga (2 km. far)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are in the Chianti Classico.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  The estate is about at 20 minutes from Siena, less than one hour from Florence and an hour and a half from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelnuovo Berardenga (2 km. far).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola in Florence, 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the estate, but we are in the country and is not served very well.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rapolano Terme (7 Km far from the estate).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The telephone plug can be used for a dial in connection.
