• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The apartments are self catering. Breakfast is included in the suites rates.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the ground, first or second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are particularly calm and quiet. The suites are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All units are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a phone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, for the suites and for the apartments which include them. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception is possible.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a 14,5x7,5m swimming pool with hydromassage surrounded by a wooded hillsides (open from April to October).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes on the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airports of Pisa/Florence or at the railway station in Florence, or in Gaiole in Chianti.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores at 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 55km, Siena 25km, Pisa 100km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  3 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Gaiole in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Montevarchi or Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
