• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the price it is included a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price from November till March.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Only for last minute reservations, and it has to be guaranteed by credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Russian and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet. There are 2 Suites Superior - luxury apartments situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of the oldest part of the cottage, with elevator.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only apartments situated on the ground floor have courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning works 12 hours a day, only in July and August and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have the kitchenette with dining zone.
  The use of the kitchenette is at extra charged.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is open from 1st June to 22nd September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At AVIS rent service, in Piombino 20 km from Residence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 5 km far from Residence in Venturina.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Pisa - 100 km, Florence and Siena - 160 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Campiglia Marittima.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus service is not efficient.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is 10 km far from the Residence in Campiglia Marittima.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Wellness center with small gym and aquatic course with sauna, Turkish bath, tropical shower, hydro massage pool. Beauty treatments and massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs, at extra charge and with previous direction's authorization.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
