• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room in case of B&B treatment or per apartment for the weekly rates.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room, while the price of the apartments do not include breakfast. This can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it will be paid at the check-out.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we will have to check the extra at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each apartment is independent and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Four our apartments have a private garden/countyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of the apartments has a private big terrace.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are both for smoking or non-smoking. There are also a lot of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment has a TV with international channels (SKY).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone in each apartment and in two rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not have air condotioning, because it is not required.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the old Granary. We usually organize dinner depending on the request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point for the guests. It is also available the wi-fi connection, for whom has its own PC.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have three swimming pools, two in exclusive and one in common.
  It is open from May to September
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have two parking areas available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi train station, or in Rome Airport. If you come here by taxi, you can rent your car here, and they will bring you in 12 hours.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, a lot. The nearest village is Contignano, where is possible to find a little market for the daily needs. 15 kms from here there is Chianciano Terme with many different shops and groceries.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We produce our own red wine Perignano. Near us there are a lot of important vineyards, because we are in the middle of the Montalcino and Montepulciano area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence and Rome 150 kms, Siena 60 kms, Pisa 200 kms
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Radicofani, Chianciano, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Città della Pieve and Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Fiumicino and Ciampiano in Rome and Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but we need to know it in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Contignano (8 kms).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Chiusi (25 kms).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We can organize massages or body and face treatment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We can provide dinners for a minimum of 6 people. Light lunches are available in the terrace of the old Granary.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The Internet connection is available in the square and in all the places around it (the terrace, the two rooms at disposal of the guests, the Granary and in the office). Only Casetta, Topini and Oliviera are served by the wi-fi service.
