• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian are spoken by our staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only ground and the first floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are because the whole property is quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not, but there is a shared terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not in the rooms; there is a Tv in the lobby area.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not because the villa is ancient and the rooms are very fresh (in the Summer too).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool, but there is a Spa.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free and private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Prato.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are, specially in Carmignano, where famous DOC wine is produced.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 35 km far, Siena and Pisa about 100 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Vernio and Barberino di Mugello. The nearest town is Prato.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is the nearest one at 30 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle but only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest public bus stop is Via Borsano stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Vernio is the nearest railway station and it is about 4 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a SPA with calidarium, tepidarium, aromarium, hydrotherapy.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
