• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in from 4 pm to 7 pm, check out within 10 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment/weekly (from Saturday to Saturday), otherwise there is the price per person, if you stay one, two or three days.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included and not available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you have to pay the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and french.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only one floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, in each apartment, there are linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we don't have the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartments do not have any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in every apartment, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, air conditioning is not available.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We don't have any room for dining but it's possible in the outside facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, this service is not available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Vicchio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, about 7 km from the Farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, many vineyards are nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence km 32 Siena and Pisa about 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Vicchio about 7 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is 35 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Vicchio and Borgo San Lorenzo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Vicchio, (line for Florence)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, the closer fitness center is about 10 km away.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only the small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is not possibility.
