• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on the first and on the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, and some apartments have beautiful views.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a private balcony only in the apartment nr. 1.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it's include in the prices.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking at 100 metres.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence, or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the centre of the city.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 12 kms, Siena 40 kms, San Gimignano is 30 kms and Greve in Chianti is 10 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Greve in Chianti, 10 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 100 metres from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest Railway Station is "Santa Maria Novella" in the centre of Florence.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
