• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 5pm until 7pm (please let us know 2/3 days in advance if your arrival time is not compatible with this check in time).
  Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  All food in the house is available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No (from April to October).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property (weekly change).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Very small terrace, all front windows are built so that you can sit outside with pillows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There's a balcony in the open dining room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only TV (if strictly necessary a mobile can be asked paying per use).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Outside, two minutes far from the apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Roma, Firenze, Chiusi, Chianciano Terme.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 135 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 118 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
