• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 17.00 - 20.00
  Check out: 10.00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartament.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We offer room only accomodation, no breakfast and each aparment is self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it's private for every flat and at payment directly at the farm (with gas meter).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground, first and second floors. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided with weekly change (included in the price).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, a terrace or an outside private space.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartaments have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, of course.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in every apartament.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dial in every apartament.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have two common rooms at disposal of the guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in our reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, outdoor pool.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a covered parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the surroundings at 12 kms.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the surroundings you can find every type of supermarket or store.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Casentino is not typical for wine production, but you can find some vineyards here.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 65 kms; Siena 100 kms; Pisa 170 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village are Lierna (1.2 Kms ), Soci (2.5 kms)and Poppi (5 kms ).
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  If necessary we can get it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ponte a Poppi bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Ponte a Poppi railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we don't accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but our guests can make use of a discount in the nearest restaurant (1.2 kms).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but it's possible use our PC.
