Fattoria di Belvedere offers our guests a large garden that is tended daily, an outdoor swimming pool (16 x 8 x 1.40m), bowls pitch and children play area. Tasting: A visit to the "cinta" pork production and tasting of cured prosciutto ham - the Presidio del Prosciutto Tipico del Casentino -accompanied by good local red wine. Minimum persons: 4 |
Cooking lessons: preparation and tasting of a traditional Tuscany first course: ravioli with ricotta cheese and vegetables, hand made egg pasta, vegetables soups as "ribollita" or "acqua cotta" and more, using products exclusively from the farm. Each participating guest receives an apron and cooking hat, and a participation paper at the end of the class. Menu of various classes changes weekly. Minimum persons 6
Italian Pizza Class: Preparation and tasting of the real Italian Pizza by our guests (cooking in traditional wood-fired oven with the assistance of farm staff and eating accompanied with a good local red wine. |
Italian Phonetics and language classes: two different levels for guests wishing to improve their Italian. The lessons by an Italian language teacher who graduated at Siena University.
Historical & Cultural trips: guided by a graduate from Siena University with diploma in Art History. |
