• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building does not have an elevator but it has only two floors.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The place is quiet and the rooms are perfect to be relax.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens, towels, sheets and table cloths are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In the B&B there are no terraces but a large one is available in the country house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of the rooms are no smoking.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the rooms, there is TV without satellite.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there are no telephones in the rooms.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The common spaces are climatized in the B&B, but there is no air-conditioning in the country house.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no Internet point.

  No, there is no swimming pool

  At Suvereto, you may rent a car.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The supermarket is in Suvereto at approximately three kms.

  Suvereto is a rich zone of wines and quality wine cellars.
  
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at about two hours by car, Siena an hour, Pisa an hour.
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  In the outskirts, there are typical Follonica and San Vincenzo localities by the sea
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The closer airport is Pisa.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is no service shuttle from and for the airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop in Suvereto.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Campiglia Marittima.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the structure, there is no fitness center but a wellness Spa is at approximately 8 kms.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, the animals are allowed.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a restaurant.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a modem connection only in the common areas.
