• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 1 Floor with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes 2 apartments have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms,no international Channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in 1 room has airconditionning with extra charge but is on request from the 1st July to 15th September.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no garage but at the distance of 50mt there is a public free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in Florence,Rome or Cortona.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100km, Siena 60km, Pisa 170km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pick-up service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cortona is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Camucia,but the main one is in Terontola.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
