 Belvedere Apartments offers its hosts the opportunity to attend Tuscan cooking lessons. They could a couple of hours and there are for a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 6 persons. Cooking courses can be realized both for lunch and for dinner, during the classes it will be explained the different aspects of the Italian cuisine and Tuscan particularities. |
 Our guests will do personally the menu and they will taste it at the end of the lesson. Apartaments Belvedere have the possibility also to organize wine degustation in the well known wine regions, that are Montepulciano, Montalcino and the Chianti. A Swimming-pool is distant 3 kms from from the property. |

Cortona:
Is full of medieval buildings and lanes give the town an evocative atmosphere.dominates the whole Valdichiana as far as the tops of Monte Amiata. The Basilica di Santa Margherita and the Franciscan Santuario delle Celle invite tourists to follow an itinerary of art starting from the upper side of Cortona. On the contrary, the only flat artery in town, you will reach Piazza della Repubblica where are the Palazzo Comunale and Palazzo Casali, once residence of the nobilty family now seat of the Museo dell'Accademia Etrusca ( collection of Etruscan and Roman finds). At the north side of the city, opposite the Cathedral, is the Museo Diocesano which contains works by great local artists like Luca Signorelli and an Annunciation by Fra Angelico, one of his most elaborated and intimate works. An event not to be missed is Cortonantiquaria, one of the most coulourful Italian antique fairs. It takes place each year in Palazzo Vagnotti and Palazzo Casali from the last Saturday of August to the second Sunday of September. |
