• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included. There will be the possibility to have food staff delivery directly in your apartment in the morning.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you like.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have ground floor and first floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed linen are provided (change weekly) but bath linen are not included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have apartments with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartment hava a balcony, also furnished with ourdoor furniture.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV SAT in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, only at the reception desk.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in each apartment with the possibility to change temperature in each room with a remote control you will pick up at the reception. Air-co is at an extra cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not a big unique dining room, but in each apartment there is a living room where the family can eat together and outside there is big gazebo in order to get together other families; nearby there is also a barbecue.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In each apartment there is Internet Connection (large band -ADSL). During your holidays you will have the possibility to use this service, it is necessary that your computer has a Lan net card.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a big and wonderful swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free area parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at your arrival at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small but well-provided mini-market and at 10km in Montaione there are two bigger stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there is a lot of vineyard also to visit in order to taste or buy our good wines.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 52 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 55 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Montaione, about 10 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa 60km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Montaione.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Castelfiorentino.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Inside our property there is a big swimming pool with jacuzzi and other sportive activities like: tennis court - volley-minifoot-bowling field, tennis table, mountain bike renting, trekking, fishing, golf and horse riding in the nearest clubs.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but at 800 meters from our residence you can find a restaurant - pizzeria.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
