Accommodations

 The apartments, this place has to offer, are large and spacious, comfortable and decorated in a classic Tuscan style. There are 29 different sized flats that are all extremely well styled and decorated with all the modern comforts and amenities that one would expect. The flats posses terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and the trimmings and furniture are in a rustic style made with natural materials in order to give the places a feel of authenticity and homely. The beds are dressed in complimenting colours and are soft and cosy. |
The rooms on offer are Bilo which consists of one bedroom with a double bed, plus a single bed in addition, living room with couch that pulls down to create a double bed, Sat TV, bathroom and kitchenette, this is about 45m2 in size.
Trilo is bigger around 65m2 and is made up the same but has an extra bedroom with two single beds in it. Bigger still at around 80m2 is Trilo plus that in addition to the others has two bathrooms. |
Finally is Quadri with two double-bed rooms, a bedroom with a single bed, living room with pull down double bed sofa and one bathroom with shower and one with bath tube. The kitchenette come equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and all cutlery and dishes.
They have air cond, heating, burglary alarm, independent entrances, private balcony or terrace and garden. There is also connection to the Internet through LAN; the modem is available from reception. |
