Owner was waiting for us and introduced us whole apartment, showed everything. There was no problem about it.

Alice and her sister were great. They helped me a lot with preparing my husband's birthsday. Alice even cooked cake:) Also, dinners served three times a week were delicious. Really worth reccomendation. Views were warvelous, also great idea to organize small tarrace with barbecue next to each apartment. Also all apartments were fully equiped.

Great pleace to stay with marvelous views. Clean and fully equiped apartments. Great swimmingpool with very clean water and very comfortable sunchairs. And waht the best in Bellavista great, helpfull and very nice owners. Alice speaks very well English so for non-Italian speakers there is no problem with communication. It was the best place we stayed in Tuscany (comparing with four more we visited).

The apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. There was everything we could have wanted for our stay. The grounds of the accomodation were beautifully kept.

Wonderful, clean, friendly, beautiful grounds and views and the most relaxing holiday I have ever been on, it was very peaceful with just the sound of the birds singing and the bells ringing from San Gimignano. I will definitely be back!

Great location on a beautifully maintained
property with views all around. Plenty of
privacy and beautiful grounds with several
areas to sit and enjoy the views. This is a
family owned and run operation and the
owners take very good care of you. Alice is
a perfect and attentive hostess and Virginia
cooks up exceptional local food. We were
given a tour of all the apartments and they
all had lots of charm. I would strongly
recommend Bellavista.

Our stay at the Bellavista was extremley relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food delicious. It has been one of our favourite holidays and plan to return next year.
