• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only in the room rate is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only Virginia apartment is located on the first floor. The other apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only "La Quercia" villa has a SAT-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is. On request we can organise your suppers.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  San Gimignano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  3 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 55 km far, Siena 35 km and Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On the main road to San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, but on request and only for the evening.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
