 Bellavista Apartments offers guests accommodation in 4 apartments, two small villas and 3 double rooms and can accommodate up to 20 persons.
Apartments
Virginia Apartment (2 pax): Situated on the first floor of the country house, it is composed of a little kitchen, wardrobe, lumber-room, bathroom with shower and a double room with view on the countryside and on the swimming pool. Outside, protected by an oleander hedge, there is a private space equipped with barbecue, table, chairs, armchairs and sunshade parasol. |
 Rita Apartment (2 pax): Situated on the ground floor of the country house, it is composed of a sitting-dining room, kitchenette, double room, little bathroom with shower. Outside, between olive trees, there is a private patio equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on San Gimignano. On request we can separate the bed.
Maria Apartment (2 pax): Situated on the ground floor of the country house, Maria Apartment is composed by a sitting-dining room with kitchenette, a double room and bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks a private open gallery equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs.
Cecilia Apartment (2 pax): Situated on the ground floor of the country house, Cecilia Apartment is composed by a sitting-dining room with kitchenette, a double room and bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks a private open gallery equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs. On request we can separate the bed. |
 La Quercia Villa (2 pax): Little independent villa situated under the shade of an oak with a wide terrace that overlooks the countryside and it is equipped with barbeque, table, chairs and armchairs. Inside, the villa is composed of a living-dining room with kitchenette, satellite TV, double room and bathroom with shower. From the bedroom and from the bathroom you can enjoy a direct view on San Gimignano.
Alice Villa (4 pax): Independent village composed of living-dining room, kitchenette, two double rooms with bathroom and shower. From the kitchenette, the double room and its bathroom you can see San Gimignano. The living room and the kitchenette overlook a private, shady open-space equipped with table, chairs and armchairs from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on San Gimignano. |
