again. Room was large and had a lovely little private patio. The property was wonderful and had a beautiful view and welcoming pool area

When we called, the receptionist didn't speak
English, so we were unable to work out for her
to pick us up. We had to find a person who
spoke Italian to call the Hotel and speak on
behalf. This was stressful because we didn't
know where we were. But, the hotel staff was
very friendly, and they arrived promptly after
we got it figured out. It was more a matter
of the language barrier.

We loved the manager and the hotel. It was a
very clean and hospitable place. The
breakfast was delicious, and the staff was
always more than happy to help us with
directions and advice.

I could not comment on the first question because I did not receive directions on line. There were many signs to follow in the town so we were able to find it without too much trouble.
