 There is a swimming pool, open from May the first to September 30th, where the sun shines all day long and it dominates a huge green valley with the beautiful Monte Amiata. The wine-bar offers a very rich choose of wines: of course the famous Brunello di Montalcino, but also other important Tuscan wines: Chianti, Nobile of Montepulciano and Sassicaia from Bolgheri. |
In the morning we prepare a delicious buffet breakfast with: hand-made cakes, fresh bread, croissant, cornflakes, fresh fruit, jam, chocolate, but also two kind of "pecorino" cheese from Pienza, Tuscan ham, salame, fresch tomatoes.
We rent mountain-bikes for visiting the numerous path around. At the ground-floor there is an Internet-point. |

 The position of hotel Bellaria is the right one to discover one of the most beautiful and famous areas of the Tuscan country. Montalcino is only few minutes away: in the centre you can visit the ancient fortress, where special events take place during the entire year. Many cellars, offering wine tasting, are located long the small streets of the typical village. But if you come to Tuscany, you can not miss the opportunity to stroll long the nice paths to discover the rich "flora" of the area. From Montalcino, you can spend a day in Siena or Florence, where you can visit some beautiful museums and churches. |
